i wish i could remember half the sat words i memorized many a year ago. i like lilliputian. although it doesnt have a very “cutesy” feel to it. kekee

i love the sound of rain pounding on the outsides of whatever kind of abode i’m in.. my house roof, the tent when i used to go camping.. but i hate rain when i’m outside. unless i’m thoroughly prepared for it. dx

Ditto. I hate being stared at too. But depending on who’s the offender, he or she may be not trying to be bold or impolite. When I first went to China years ago, I remember feeling at first incredibly self-conscious (was there something in my teeth? Was I trailing toilet paper?) but then I realized, these are indiscriminating crowds. They stare at anything and everything that seems unordinary, maybe because they simply can in a city that’s millions strong. And I can imagine you’d inspire wonder: who IS that girl jogging around snapping photos of food?! Anyway, if nothing else, this gives you the liberty to stare back. Which I totally took advantage of, probably with even greater slackjaw curiosity.

i didnt realize how it’s summer already in hong kong until recently when i saw on my ipod touch that the weather in hong kong is like in the upper 80s! i’m so shocked. nyc is still wavering in the 60s to 70s.

omgosh i cant believe it’s almost been a year since youve been there! remember when you first got there and told me how it was thunderstorming..
